We loved the character of the hotel; all the staff we interacted with were amazing, it was very clean, and we appreciated the little touches that showed care and attention to detail. Our room was spacious with a comfortable seating area and a high ceiling, and it had a lovely view toward the garden. The bathroom and shower were great. We also really enjoyed trying a few of the amazing selection of over 200 whiskeys they have.

We had a nice, quiet room. The bus stop was in front of the door, the Underground was also close, very well located. The continental breakfast for £17.50 was mediocre and very basic; any extras had to be ordered from the card at an additional cost, which I found really unacceptable given the base price.

Beautiful old building with a great Whiskey Bar. Nice courtyard terrace area. The staff were friendly and the rooms were good. The carpet in our room could do with replacing. There were quite a few marks on it. Otherwise the room was good and clean
