I left immediately and booked another motel. The sheets and pillow cases were dirty, and there were hairs in the sink.

We googled motels, thought the price seemed okay but were fooled by this photo. No private bathroom or shower in the room 😡 This is what the room looked like, but it’s what’s on the other side of the door 😬 We drove up to an old house—a halfway house for transitional people—this was NO motel for low to middle‑class people or families. Rooms were around the back of the house shared kitchen 😬 bathroom missing toilet seats 😱 The type of people felt unsecured for our hire vehicle; we didn’t stay at all, too scared of the environment. Good for down‑and‑out people with nowhere to live. Definitely NOT tourists 🥶😬😳😡
