Great value for money accom. Private bungalow with a nice little sea view. For what I paid can't complain. Bed was comfy, aircon was cold. Owner was very friendly and speaks English. Can help you out if you need a hand. Breakfast option of banana pancake or eggs on toast, both tasty. There were other options. But those were the best in my opinion. Also juices, bali coffee or tea. Best to hire a scooter or organise a driver if you need to get around as Gojek and Grab don't work in Amed. Not a complaint just a heads up for less mobile people you need to climb some stairs to reach your room. Not a lot but they are a little steep

The sea view is beautiful, the air conditioning is excellent, and the location is ideal. Unfortunately, almost none of the listed amenities were available (hygiene items, kettle, sheets instead of a blanket, etc.), and the breakfast was poorer.

We stayed in the family room on the top step, with a wonderful view, quietness, and a terrace to relax on in the evenings. The staff were welcoming and ready to fulfill any request. They organize boat tours, rent scooters (essential for moving around freely), and provide a taxi service because Grab is somewhat lacking in the area.
