“Bem razoável”
We arrived exhausted and stayed only briefly; when we tried to shower there was no hot water in the shower.
“Nao recomendo”
No issues. The room and bathroom were dirty, so I had to request a change because it smelled of mold; the new room was still unclean and the staff were grumpy. I would not recommend this old building, which needs many improvements, especially since the price is comparable to newer hotels.
“I hate”
I don’t like it. The day before checking in, I called to tell them we would arrive around 11 PM because we were at Magic Kingdom; they said it was fine, explaining that although check‑in started at 3 PM, we could arrive later without issues. When we got to the hotel, Sara handled our check‑in and asked for my ID (a Brazilian passport). As soon as I handed it over, she said we had to pay a $45 fee for arriving at 11 PM. We immediately reminded her that we had called the day before and were assured there would be no fee for late arrival. It made no sense to charge for arriving after the standard check‑in time. Then Sara claimed we had no reservation, even though we showed her all confirmation documents. She said she couldn’t do anything and we had to call to resolve it. By then it was already midnight. We called the hotel; they confirmed our reservation was active and asked for the hotel’s direct number so they could call Sara (who was on duty). The representative called and sorted everything out. Once that was settled, Sara finally released the room and told us to go up using the back elevator. That was our experience. We hated the customer service and received zero assistance. We showed that we had all the reservation proofs, yet we were forced to call so they could call the hotel’s front desk, instead of the front desk taking the initiative to fix the issue themselves. We were very unhappy with Sara’s service; we felt like just leaving, but by the end it was already 1:00 AM. Despite the language barrier, we managed to get it resolved.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the place looked a bit worn out and could use a little TLC.
“Shower nightm as re8”
The shower needs help. The bar appears to have been installed incorrectly, and the curtain rod leans so the curtain hangs in the middle when pulled in both directions, causing water to splash onto the floor – did someone swing on it? The cost was decent.
