The staff were very friendly, and at our request we received a kettle in the room. The room was clean. The place is in a good location, and we wanted to be close to the port. The district where Albergo Fiorita is located is a port area and not very pleasant. Additionally, the accommodation is on a street that is exceptionally noisy, and closing the windows helps little. It is also in an old building that could use a refresh.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Surprisingly, the bed was very comfortable and large, with a smaller one for my son on the other side of the room. The location was decent for the night, but everything seemed closed on a Saturday afternoon; we did find a delicious home‑cooking tavern that a local suggested while walking, and the portions were huge, the food was delicious and affordable. The room and hotel are extremely dated, bare bones, lacking many basic proper updates, and the actual room smelled unfresh; one of the towels had a makeup stain and something wiped on it. There was no air conditioning, but two fans were provided. The rug in the bathroom needed to be thrown out; it had a wet smell to it. The room itself did not necessarily feel dirty, but it was so dated that one could get easily confused, especially with the smell of the bath rug. For the price I paid, it’s not worth it; 35‑40 euros would be more appropriate! Then I'd rationalize paying for what you get.

We spent a few days there and it was very pleasant; the room was clean, the bed was made every day, the reception was friendly, and they gave us useful advice for our stay. I thank them from the bottom of my heart; we would like to return because it was totally quiet. The breakfast was missing because there was no breakfast; that's a shame.
