The room was spacious, the staff were courteous, and the shuttle bus to the airport was convenient; there were no complaints.

I booked a two‑day stay, but the hotel charged me for one day in advance and a CAD 250 deposit at check‑in. That amount was refunded, yet my card was still charged for the full two‑day booking, so my statement shows a charge for three days. They refuse to return the extra day’s fee, which feels like negligence or fraud. I won’t recommend this place. The property is pet‑friendly, but the rooms smelled of pets. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but that didn’t offset the problems. The room maintenance was very poor: the carpet had a bad odor, furniture had scratches, paint was peeling, and the pet smell was everywhere. The extra charge is simply unacceptable.
