“Could be better”

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the village. The room was spacious, the aircon was good and the hot water in the shower was lovely. The overall impression from outside was great and the buildings’ communal areas had been nicely renovated. The advert for the superior double was misleading and stated that it had a balcony and mountain views. It didn’t say that this was not attached to the room but across a lobby and shared with other people; we would not have booked had we known this. We had to ask for a washing up cloth/sponge. Posh new coffee maker but no pods for it – the money would have been better spent on some decent crockery, cutlery and glasses. Lots of dirty marks on the walls, a squeaky bed, noisy water boiler that kept us awake all night and a big mouldy patch in the bathroom. Such a shame as some fairly easy fixes would have made the apartment so much better.

Excellent accommodation, Amazing value for money. Spotless with everything we needed. Highly recommend. The shower gel container was empty
