Nothing was there, and there was absolutely no consideration for customers; the staff were very rude.

I never stayed there; the app shows a 24‑hour stay, but when I arrived the hotel team said it was only 12 hours; the app and the hotel data must match.

The staff are good, the rooms are neat and clean, but the AC isn’t working and there’s no heater; outside food isn’t allowed; the app shows one rate but the hotel quoted a different one—app said 1000, but they told us 1500, so I paid 1500.

The location is fine, but first they engage in booking malpractices—there’s only one property but they take two bookings for it; the hotel name changes between morning and night; the reception team will hit you if you talk too much; it’s a dangerous hotel with terrible staff.
