It is a hotel for a night stay, but it could improve a lot. It is not a 3‑star hotel, it is under renovation, and although the room was fine and quite clean with new furniture, the central air conditioning turns on and off constantly. The bathroom was old and the bathtub had hair from other guests and a stain. There was no glass shower screen, only a curtain that did not look very clean. The shower water came out very slowly at first and then with a lot of force. The hair dryer had almost no power. The walls of the room are paper, and you can hear other guests or the TV, zero insulation. I really regret staying here; it would have been a night, but it was expensive for the quality, I slept badly. The breakfast was very poor and the products were of bad quality. At most it would be 1 star, a pity because the staff were good and friendly but otherwise very bad.

I had a problem because I mistakenly paid twice, and Mr. Alberto helped me solve the issue with Booking, and even though it was a prepaid reservation, I only paid for the stay I actually used, THANK YOU ALBERTO!!!
