The space, comfort, suitable equipment, and cleanliness are great. The beach mentioned below (Sao Roque) is not accessible on foot from PDL Green House.

We stayed only two nights, and the apartment was spacious and great. The kitchen was fully equipped, everything looked brand‑new and spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi‑Fi worked flawlessly. I believe they clean rooms daily, as ours was cleaned and rearranged—something that could be avoided for a two‑night stay. Towels and a hair‑dryer were provided in the bathroom. Check‑in and check‑out were super easy; no keys, just codes, and Lourenço was available on WhatsApp for anything needed. The apartment is very close to the city centre, just a five‑minute walk to restaurants and pedestrian streets, and the street in front is quiet, so you can sleep without issues. We were on the ground floor and didn’t use the rooftop terrace, so I can’t comment on that. Plenty of power outlets are available. The only downside was a slight smell, probably from humidity, but it wasn’t a major problem.

The room size, bed comfort, the terrace is wonderful for relaxing and dining, and the location. Communication with the host was lacking at key moments (access codes); I had to call because messages weren’t answered. Check‑out was handled via email.

The room was very comfortable, had everything needed, including coffee for breakfast. Everything was very clean and spacious. There was a reception, but it was always empty. The accommodation info says street parking is available, but it’s a blue zone and paid.
