Good location, pretty building, a very spacious room with bunk beds, a nice practical kitchen, and a roof terrace with panoramic views of other roofs. The reception was a bit stiff and cold, though correct… the showers and toilet left something to be desired in terms of cleanliness.

The location. Unfortunately, my stay at this place was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. I booked a bed in the hostel. When I arrived, the bed was noticeably dirty, so I had to freshen it myself because the front desk staff claimed they had no time for it. Shortly after, I discovered bed bugs in the bed. I immediately packed my things because I could not sleep there under those circumstances. The bathroom was also unclean, and the trash bin was already overflowing. Since I couldn’t use the booked room due to the bed bugs, I had to spend the night in the kitchen and had to find another accommodation for the remaining booked days on short notice. It is especially disappointing that I have not yet received a refund for the unused nights. In addition, the accommodation mistakenly marked me as a “No‑Show,” even though I was on site, had the bed set up, and discovered the bed bugs myself. I cannot recommend this place due to the hygienic conditions and the handling of the situation.

The place was spotless and the rooftop was great, but they messed up our reservation.
