Golden Age Motor Inn

“Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and easy to access when I didn’t receive a room number”

The price was good and it fit our needs, but the bathroom and shower floor could use some work—maybe mould or something similar.

“A noisy bed with standard facilities”

We stayed there twice and the noise was brutal—there was a bus right outside our window, kids ran around upstairs, and doors banged loudly both early and late at night. On both days, we didn’t even realize the bathroom door locked from the inside when we shut it at night to block light and noise, so we woke up unable to use the toilet. I had to call the external number, but fortunately a public toilet was available in the building. Walking around in pajamas in the cold was a strange adventure.

We spent one night with a cat and felt very comfortable and relaxed. The room was spotless and the beds were super comfy! I’ll definitely book here again and will tell everyone about the great experience. Thanks to everyone involved in running this place! Cheers!

The place was clean, comfy, and offered great value. The location was wonderful, close to everything. After‑hours check‑in was easy with emailed directions.

“Great no complaints”

The room was excellent, service was top‑class, the staff were friendly, and the beds were good. I loved the muffins and coffee at reception and would gladly stay again. The location is great for getting around. We left before reception opened; we were in room 4 and noticed a leak in the shower area or down the wall, leaving the carpet outside the bathroom very wet.
