The rooms were untidy, the bathroom was unhygienic, and a frog was found there; the staff, the bathroom, and the service all need major improvement.

Nothing good to say; the staff were rude, I checked in at 12 PM but arrived at 4 PM and the room wasn’t ready, rooms smelled like typical government hospitals with phenyl, the beds were old and uncomfortable, it was freezing and they charged extra for a room heater even though I booked a deluxe room and it wasn’t mentioned, no handwash or dental kit was provided, and the breakfast was pathetic.
