Everything was great. I travel yearly and San Agustín is one of my favorite spots, and the hotel is excellent. Too much laughter, though – many people were drinking in the lobby, and the night receptionist was unpleasant.

Hmm… the location… I had a late check‑in, and when I arrived they said they had no record of my reservation. I showed them the confirmation, and they told me they would “put me in a room since it was late” but I had to pay for it. The room wasn’t what I booked and was probably one of the worst in the hotel. I tried to see the manager in the morning but couldn’t find anyone; I spent a lot of my short vacation looking for help. Eventually they found my reservation, which I had already paid for, and no one apologized for the mistake. I was really disappointed.

It was clean and new, but overall it was just fine.

The facility was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The electric car charger was a plus! It was easy to use ride‑share from the hotel to downtown. The hotel door was very sticky and hard to open, and the bathroom sliding glass door had the same problem. It could be difficult for an older person to open and close.
