I was pleasantly surprised by this place, despite some initial reservations. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. The only downside was the noise from the street, but it didn't bother me too much. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it.

We snagged an incredible deal on our first night in Srinagar, and it ended up being a fantastic decision. The Ruby Houseboat exceeded our expectations in every way - the rooms were clean and comfy, the location was perfect, and the staff were super friendly. We even got a free upgrade, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended!
We had an amazing time on the houseboat, the food was top-notch and the views from the deck were just stunning. However, we felt a bit ripped off with the baget tour packages, which didn't quite live up to the hype.
