“のんびりくつろげました。”
お料理もみなさんの接客も最高でした。離れでのんびりできました。. お風呂が階段降りてで上り下りとややお庭のアップダウンが足が悪いので少し大変でした。

Everything! The Ryokan lived up to expectations and beyond. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and beautiful with a fantastic view of Kyoto. We absolutely loved our dinner and breakfast, and it was an amazing experience having it served to us in our own private dining room. It was our wedding anniversary and it was a wonderful way to celebrate. A real highlight of our trip to Japan. Nothing! It was perfect

The location is wonderful and the vibe feels very personal! It was a pretty fine experience and we felt like kings! The service was incredibly good and the food was worth the money!

We had dinner and breakfast, both superb—presentation, taste, and service. It was a truly memorable experience.

We weren't sure what to expect since this isn't a typical hotel, but everything turned out fantastic and surprisingly engaging. We stayed for two nights, and the meals were elaborate—perfect for us pescatarians, with plenty of food that was all spectacularly presented. We dined privately in a dining room and were served by one of the staff members. The bedroom was beautifully arranged, with futon beds on the tatami floor set up while we were at dinner and taken down when we were out during the day. We arrived by train from Tokyo, then took a taxi from Kanazawa station to the hotel. The Higashi Chaya area is very close, and there are many temples, including one just up the hill from the hotel. We also walked to the Kenrokuen garden. All of it was very pleasant. Nothing to complain about.
