The room was very clean and had all the comforts, as did the bathroom. The owner was very attentive to guests’ needs and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, none of my son, my husband, or I could get a lukewarm shower because the hot water was intermittent. The sheets were spotless, but the double duvet had two obvious stains at the bottom, so it might have been better not to offer it. In the morning, the cleaning lady was talking loudly with someone on the stairs, and we woke up abruptly. A crucial detail that future guests should know is the constant, insistent odor of oil (the house is near an oil mill) that forced us to stay inside the room and run the air conditioner 24/7; we would have preferred to open the window and let the room air out naturally, especially since the surrounding vegetation is beautiful and the view relaxing, but the outside air was unbreathable and nauseating… a real pity! Overall, I think the B&B has great potential, but at the moment the price‑quality ratio is not balanced.

The property is very welcoming and well‑maintained, perfect for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The owner is a genuinely friendly, helpful, and attentive person. The location is excellent, close to Rossano’s center and convenient for reaching the main sights. A definitely positive experience that I recommend!

The room was very large, comfortable, and spotless, in a quiet spot surrounded by greenery; Francesco was very helpful and kind.
