Очень все плохо. Тараканы в номерах и муравьи . Отель был пуст но засели где рядом проводились работы перфоратора. На гостей отеля всем все равно. Перед уездом попросил вызвать такси но сказали не возможно , предложили выйти поймать самому ( сославшись что перед въездом ведутся работы но в отеле два въезда и машины свободно заезжали )номер проживания 129 . Всем хорошего дня

I want to let you know that my stay at the resort was absolutely unenjoyable because of several negative points, the most important of which are: the low level of cleanliness and room quality—rooms were dirty and infested with insects, and the mattresses and sheets were unsterilized and contained small bugs that bit my wife, causing her a severe allergic reaction and extreme fatigue. We were constantly disturbed by maintenance work and the noise from trucks at the resort gate. I ask the management to take urgent action to spray and spray against insects inside the rooms and to seriously address the cleanliness of mattresses and sheets. I hope these problems are resolved immediately to prevent recurrence with other guests. I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my stay at your resort. Unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable due to several serious issues: Lack of Hygiene and Pest Issue: The room was not clean and had insects inside. Moreover, the mattresses and bedsheets were unhygienic and contained bugs that bit my wife, causing her a severe allergic reaction and extreme discomfort. Continuous Noise: We were constant disturbed by ongoing maintenance work, as well as the loud noise from trucks at the resort gate. I urge the management to take immediate action by exterminating the insects in the rooms and ensuring that the mattresses and bedding are thoroughly deep-cleaned and sanitized. I hope you address these concerns promptly to prevent this from happening to other guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The location was fine, but the staff were stingy and the bedding was dirty, plus they charged an extra fee for a child under 7.
