I'm still trying to wrap my head around the contrast between the hotel's physical state and the management's attitude. The building itself is old but has been renovated to a decent standard - the rooms are small but clean, and the lobby's been spruced up. However, the real issue lies with the staff, who seem completely disconnected from the guests.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the contrast between the hotel's location and the overall experience. The place is literally right in the heart of the city, with shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. However, the moment I stepped inside, I was hit with this overwhelmingly unpleasant smell that just lingered throughout my stay. It's a shame, because with a bit of work on the ambiance, this place could be really something special.

“Bad”

The location of this hotel is pretty sweet, right on the ocean. But, honestly, it's not worth the money they're charging. I was expecting a front-row seat to the sea, but what I got was a side view that barely gave me a glimpse of the waves. The room itself was a letdown - it was dirty, dusty, and smelled like a damp basement. The staff seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else, and I had to call them to get the basics, like towels and soap.
