The hotel sits just a 6‑minute walk from Mayang Mall, and the family room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The price was very reasonable and the staff were friendly, so I was very satisfied.

The room was roomy with a comfortable bed and close to the mall and dining options. However, housekeeping didn’t clean during my stay, the furnishings were lacking, the air‑conditioning needed a refresh, and the corridor was poorly ventilated.

It’s very close to Jambatan Angkat and next to Mayang Mall, with food outlets right at the door except for Nasi Dagang Atas Tol City Center branch which isn’t walkable. It’s also near KTCC Mall. Parking is limited but free once you find a spot. The building is old and shares services like an ironing board and water dispenser. The city road in front of the hotel is noisy at midnight because of bikers. There’s a mamak shop next to the building, but I didn’t try it.
