Quiet atmosphere. The entrance was a problem.

Everything was great. There was no water pressure in the tap or shower and the hot water took a long time to come out.

The first hotel in my life where the entire contact was digital, and it worked.

Booked a large room; everything matched the description; modern furnishings; comfortable beds; a quiet, well‑working air‑conditioner; secure access to the building and hotel floor via PIN codes. The water pressure at the sink was low (the shower was fine); there was a 15‑cm high step at the transition from the vestibule/bath to the room—there is a motion sensor, but it’s still not entirely safe.

The rooms were renovated and nicely appointed with a big shower and two sinks in the bathroom. The location was a downside; close to the train station, so once you went into the side streets it felt gritty and unsafe. The elevator is old and the doors need fixing; inner doors kept slamming shut, nearly injuring us when entering. The elevator requires 5 cents to work but only when the custodian is there, and 5‑cent coins are hard to find. We were told by someone who happened to stay there that we could get coins from the custodian, but this should have been explained in the hotel description. The worst part is that there is no staff on the premises and all check‑in had to be done online through a lengthy and complicated system that included uploading passport pages. Once that was done the city tax had to be paid separately before we could receive the entrance codes, of which there were 3!!! It was stressful and we vowed never to use hotels without on‑site staff.
