It’s an honor and a pleasure to be the first to review this place, and also the first to book through Booking. First, praise for the host Antonio, who cares deeply about the property and guests, always available for any doubt or request. The apartments match the photos exactly, with excellent cleanliness, detailed care, and fully equipped to make the stay optimal (the kitchen comes with dishes, pots, containers, tablecloth, kitchen towel, sponge, clean dishcloth, recycling bags, new clean bins placed at the back for proper sorting). The apartment is about 100 m from the “Spiaggia libera per tutti di Salve”, a sandy beach with crystal‑clear water especially in the morning, and a few minutes by car from other beautiful beaches (e.g., Torre Mozza, the Maldives of Salento, the wide coastline with beautiful colors and spacious free beaches). Near the Alfieri you’ll find bars, markets, many restaurants, and a short evening walk can reach squares with playgrounds for kids. There’s also a mobile playground with a Ferris wheel and various stalls selling souvenirs and local products. A private parking lot is available, two bicycles per apartment, a convenient outdoor shower, a dining table, a small table, and garden armchairs. Even though it’s close to other apartments, it remains quiet with no annoying noise from neighbors, and even though it was late June, I never needed the air conditioner because it’s well ventilated, especially in the evenings. There are also window screens, and I used the paid linen with the property’s logo, which was clean and freshly scented. The only downside: to avoid electrical overload, laundry use is restricted to a pre‑set time slot that varies by apartment, but it’s easy to adapt, and there are a drying rack and clips available.
