Located 100 m from Alghero’s white sandy beaches, Rina Hotel offers spacious, bright rooms with tiled floors, large windows, air‑conditioning, TV and private bathrooms. Guests enjoy a buffet breakfast, a restaurant serving Sardinian and international cuisine, an outdoor pool, terrace, elegant bar and free Wi‑Fi. The historic centre is a 25‑minute walk; the airport lies 5 km away and a train station is a 5‑minute walk.

I stayed at the hotel and found nothing special, but the pool was closed in the afternoon and you had to pay for a towel. The water spilling over the edge caused a lot of noise and had to be removed. Breakfast coffee was not great, yet many guests were given extra coffee from another machine. The hotel was awful in terms of cleanliness, and the price‑quality ratio was poor.

The staff were very kind and the location was very good, close to the beach and many restaurants. However, it was extremely disruptive and infuriating that every dawn/morning there was loading, packing, and noise at the shop right next to the accommodation; since the hotel faces that direction, rest was impossible even with the windows closed. Also, the breakfast was the same every day, which was disappointing.

The location was convenient, but check‑in was late and check‑out was early.

Everything was great: the room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and approachable, and the location was fantastic. The breakfast, however, was quite monotonous and repetitive, which leaves room for improvement in an otherwise positive overall impression.
