The hotel kept a good level of cleanliness and the staff were friendly, yet the breakfast was a total disappointment – they don't even try to offer a decent menu. The place looks modern on the outside but inside everything feels old: windows, furniture, TV, shower faucets, and hand‑washing taps. On top of that, there is no pool.

The location is great, but street noise is loud even on the sixth floor. It rained and water leaked through the window.

The front desk staff were very courteous, and the room was pretty and tidy. I stayed here over three years ago and returned, only to find that some rooms on the sixth floor haven’t been renovated, with moisture and mold in some or all of them. The lady who cleans floor six is rude, and one day the breakfast consisted of egg arepas and bread with no other options. The lady who serves breakfast is very unfriendly. Santa Marta in general is very dirty, lacks the culture of its own residents, men are harassing, and there are many scooter‑mice roaming around – save yourself the trip to Santa Marta.

The location is very good, but I was disappointed with the room, which looks nothing like what was shown in the app. The bathroom is ugly, the bathroom door didn’t even close, and there was no door in the shower. The room had a column in the middle that blocked the air conditioner. The size of the room does not match what was advertised.
