“Entspannter Urlaub für die ganze Familie.”
Great food and a wide selection, good drinks, excellent restaurants. The rooms were super clean and modern. Several pools ranging from quiet to action‑packed. A clean beach with a nice beach bar. Extremely friendly staff who were always approachable and helpful. Overall, a very relaxing vacation for the family. Nothing to complain about.

Food variety was good, but the staff—especially at reception—was awful, drinks were bad, cleanliness was poor, and I had to wait 30 minutes for my bags at check‑out. I asked for a one‑hour late check‑out and was charged €20 per person; later they offered 45 minutes, but the hotel app made it feel like bribery. The beach was far away.
“Amazing, luxurious, sunbeds available all day!!”
There was plenty of space everywhere—sunbeds were always available at the pools, beach, and waterpark without needing reservations. The beach service at the cabana was excellent, and the food quality and variety were amazing. We chose a room with a shared pool and it was very relaxing. The minibar was fully stocked, and the spa massage was great. The waterpark never felt crowded even though both hotels could use it; no lines for slides and beds were available all day. Minor issues included a room that needed renovation: one had no ceiling‑fan remote, another had a broken shower button, and mosquitoes were plentiful in the evenings, so bring spray. Overall, an amazing stay and we’ll definitely return.

We liked the beach, the kids club animators were great, and the children enjoyed the waterpark; the food was good and varied, and some evening shows were nice. The location was convenient between Rethymnon and Chania. However, there were smells at the waterpark and in the room toilets, some evening shows needed improvement, reception staff were occasionally unpleasant, and hotel services like massages and laundry were pricey.
