Debbie went above and beyond her job description—she even called Bazbus when they were late and redirected the driver back to the hostel (maybe an IT‑reservation issue). Nothing else.

The kitchen was fully equipped and the communal lounge had a TV, plus there was an outdoor balcony; the gated property felt very safe. However, the room was really small and tight, very basic, and I could feel the springs in the mattress.

The manager showed exceptional customer‑service skills, even helping us take photos with her camera and recommending free attractions and an affordable taxi service; the place was clean and secure. I left my ring in the room, and they kept it safe and arranged shipping to Bloem. I wish they would put wine glasses in the rooms and ice cubes in the fridge.
