“Caro para lo que ofrece y mala ubicación”

The service was very good and pleasant, especially from the reception lady, the common areas were well kept and the cleaning was adequate; it’s suitable for a short stay if you just need a place to sleep. The breakfast was excellent in a nice café, but the location isn’t great, the neighbourhood feels unsafe, and street noise is noticeable. The rooms are small and basic, I found it pricey for what it offers. There’s no hair dryer and the supplies are limited, plus an extra €4 fee is required for an additional card.

The pillow was comfortable, but the room smelled and the location was not ideal.

The cleaning service, the scent, the gym, and the breakfast café were all good, but there was noise through the windows.

“Would probably choose somewhere else if going again.”

The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful, yet the immediate area is very rough; I made sure to return early and still didn’t feel particularly safe even during the day within the first 100 m. It sits on a noisy main road, with frequent shouting and arguments, and a scrap‑metal shop opposite where people brought in items they found that day. Beyond that spot it’s actually very central and most places are walkable. I was disappointed there wasn’t a kettle in the room to make a hot drink; a small plastic cup of hot water can be bought from the vending machine downstairs for €0.80.
