The stay was special, the breakfast was very good, the location was very good, and the staff were more than wonderful, especially receptionists Hani and Fakhoury who were very cooperative and used all their resources to ensure guests’ comfort; I think the hotel’s management is lucky to have them on the team.

The lady receptionist was very helpful with all our requests and also agreed to change our room without hesitation. People smoke in the hotel hallways and in the elevator. The room floor is very dirty, probably never cleaned. The children’s cod was also very dirty. Also they didn’t answer my questions in private chat before arrival, saw them the next day.

Nothing. The place was not clean, not tidy, the meal was bad, there were power outages, and there was a smell of smoke in all the rooms.

The staff were very patient with us, great service, and the rooms and hotel were clean! The pool needs more cleaning, it’s too chlorinated. The food could use a bit more variety and abundance.
