The view from the chalet is amazing—pure nature immersion. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom roomy, and breakfast was top‑notch. Erica runs the place and is a real sweetheart, plus you can order à la carte. The only hiccup was the single‑burner electric stove that came without pots, but Erica would have sorted it out if I’d asked.

The river view is gorgeous and the Wi‑Fi works fine. But getting there is a nightmare: the road is tough, the mosquito net is too small, and you’ll find cockroaches at night. There’s no shower gel or bottled water, and the place feels too remote for the €80 a night—plus the host only takes cash and can’t give change.

The chalet offers great views, a solid pool, and friendly service. The only downside is that the price is a bit steep and the directions could be clearer. Overall, it’s a nice spot if you’re willing to pay a little extra.

Erica and Kristof are incredibly kind and attentive, and the location is gorgeous with plenty of privacy and comfort. We were hit with rain all day, which was unexpected but lovely to watch the sky over the trees. The bed was comfortable, and even without AC the ventilation and a powerful fan kept us cool. Breakfast was a treat with fresh, varied options, and we even took home Erica’s homemade jam.
