The view of the beach from the 14th floor was incredible. The staff were lovely, very attentive & helpful The whatapp messaging reception was very handy. The loud music playing from across the road from around 9pm - 11.30pm was so loud our children could not sleep. I would not recommend a front room if you value your sleep. The breakfast selection was poor and not laid out well The railing on the top bunk was not high enough. It did not feel safe for our children to sleep up there

Location: right in front of Miki Beach, great beach walk, Michelin‑rated restaurant next door. View: definitely an ocean view—sunrise is possible! Service: 1. I booked a partial ocean view, but they upgraded me to a full ocean view with a small room—what a surprise! 2. After check‑out on the last day, I had to return at night for my luggage because of my flight time, and they let me shower at the 20th‑floor pool so I could leave. 3. Cleaning was excellent, and all staff were very bright and friendly. Breakfast: everything was there, the menu changed daily, simple and quick to grab before leaving. Overall: Prices were low during the off‑season, the rate matched the value, and if you prefer a real hotel with more space than a small boutique, this is the place to go. The only thing to note is that, as a beachfront hotel, there is a bit of noise from a beach performance at night; it stops sharply around 10–11 pm, so there’s no problem sleeping.

Well situated, the staff were friendly, and the value for money was decent. Everything was generally just ok but not exceptional: the room felt a bit tired, the breakfast buffet was underwhelming, the restaurant food was mediocre, and the pool section with a view was oddly shallow.
