The hotel’s facilities and service were excellent.

The location and facilities were good, but there was no coordination to help plan an event, especially through communication channels before arrival.

The place was immaculate, the service was excellent, and the quality was A1; they even found a lost slipper of my daughter. The food was expensive.

The service was very personalized, any issue was resolved, and the food was good; the meal times were a bit inconvenient, but everything was sorted out in the end.
