I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Roma in Assisi from start to finish. Everything functioned flawlessly: the facilities were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the location was unbeatable—right in the heart of Assisi’s historic center, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the city on foot. I especially want to thank Dara and Federico, who were absolutely wonderful. Their kindness, professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome, and the entire staff treated me exceptionally well throughout my stay. I was truly delighted and highly satisfied with my experience. As a professional tour guide and conductor working with groups across Europe, it was crucial for me to find a hotel where I could also accommodate my guests with confidence, knowing they would be comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of. Hotel Roma delivered exactly that and even went beyond my expectations. I left Assisi not only happy with my stay but also certain that this is a place I can confidently recommend to my guests and where I would be very happy to return. Honestly, I struggled to find any negatives! Everything ran smoothly during my stay, and I have nothing to complain about. The facilities, service, atmosphere, and especially the location were excellent. Sometimes the best criticism you can give a hotel is simply this: keep doing exactly what you’re doing! I left Assisi happy, satisfied, and already knowing that Hotel Roma is a place I would gladly choose again for myself and for my guests.

Hotel Roma is perfect in terms of location, right next to Santa Clara’s basilica. The breakfast was very good, the room was clean, and the host behind the reception was the best—what a kindness!!
