Nothing was good; everything was bad, the breakfast was terrible, the room was like a bathroom, and the shower was on top of the toilet.

The pastel outside the hotel was fine, but the rooms were dirty, lacked toilet paper, the TV was broken, and the shower sprayed water everywhere.

The location was very good, but I asked to see the room before confirming my stay because the front desk didn’t impress me; when I saw the room in terrible condition, I cancelled.

The shower was old and barely turned on, the mattress was terrible, and the ceiling was dropping—overall a bad experience.
