The photos are way too good; the reality was a nightmare. In room 17 the lights kept flickering, the shower blew out and the staff had to swap a faulty resistor that almost sparked. My wife had to take a shower in a different room that also had no heat, and when we finally moved to room 15 both rooms smelled like mold and were infested with ants, spiders, moths, and other critters. The AC in the suite didn’t cool at all.

The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great, but the bed had a faint mold smell even though the room was clean.

The place was spotless and the breakfast was amazing, but I was worried about checking out because the front desk was empty for hours and many guests left without completing the checkout.

The staff were attentive, but the room had several issues: no light outside, no mosquito nets on windows and doors, the fan didn’t work, and it wasn’t ready when we arrived.

The view was nice, but the shower was awful, there were no blankets for everyone, and we had to scramble for towels and toilet paper.
