The beds and room were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very nice; Vijay managed to get me a small fruit plate at 4 am when I arrived. The location is decent but has no nearby attractions, and you can hear planes flying past—if you hate even little noise, it could be an issue.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and the staff professional. I stayed 12 days in family suites—first 3 days and last 3 days hospitality was amazing, but in between I felt ignored, especially in the kitchen during breakfast.

The hotel is very close to the airport and offers shuttle service to and from the airport; breakfast is very good and the staff are helpful. The rooms are cramped and it’s far from shops.

Close to the airport, the bed is comfortable, the view is good, the staff are friendly, reception is excellent, and the internet is good. Unfortunately the bathroom is not clean; I was surprised that a four‑star hotel would have such a dirty, dingy bathroom. I hope they pay more attention to bathroom cleanliness with disinfectants.
