The central location was convenient and the staff were kind and hospitable, but the room had a stained carpet, a missing bathroom door hook that looked damaged, an HVAC unit hanging off the wall, a lagging TV signal, poor WiFi, and flickering light bulbs.

The staff were amazing and the hotel was very clean, but the check‑in process took a while.
