Perfect spot in the heart of Papenburg with a convenient parking lot. The staff were always smiling and we chose the delicious restaurant on both evenings of our short stay. Running our own business, we know small hiccups happen, so we appreciated the utmost professionalism in handling minor issues: the missing blankets for the third bed were supplied right away, and a pizza was offered to apologize for a slightly too dark‑baked (yet still tasty) pizza. Big kudos to the room service, which even folded our stray clothes. Spotless hospitality!
