Great location, but unfortunately, the unit I stayed in was a real letdown. The pictures made it look like there were multiple units, but it turned out to be just one, and it was infested with cockroaches. The maintenance was clearly lacking, and I wouldn't recommend this unit until they get it sorted out. The toilet was leaking, and there was water damage everywhere - it was a real mess.

I was really impressed with this place - the location was perfect, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the host was kind and understanding. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm back in the Philippines. Everything was just spot on.

The location was the best part - it was super easy to get to the Mall of Asia. But unfortunately, the unit was a bit of a disaster. The furniture was broken, the cooking pans were all stained, and the kitchen cabinet was stuck. And to make matters worse, there were no instructions for the TV, and the description on the booking site was completely misleading.

We were blown away by the view from our unit - we could see the sun rising over the sea, and the Mall of Asia was right in front of us. The host, Ate Len, was super friendly and accommodating, and made us feel right at home.

The unit was super clean and cozy, and the view from the pool area was just breathtaking. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The only thing that would have made it better was if the door to the balcony could be locked - but that's a minor quibble.
