The air‑conditioner in my room only worked in cooling mode, not heating, and the hotel offered no food at all—even breakfast—and there was no ice available.

The location and the staff were great, but there was a bit of noise, strange people, and not enough ventilation.

The location was great, yet I ran into issues with the elevator.
