When I opened the door to my room I found a pretty big bug on the bed, which was not very appetizing, but it was only one and it probably got in through the open window. Aside from that, everything else was great.

The location was fine, but the rooms were stuffy and hot, the street noise and ventilation units from nearby buildings were loud, the window was tiny and had a small slit that made ventilation impossible, and there was no air conditioning at all.

The staff were excellent, the room was very comfortable, the location was outstanding, the cleaning was good but not perfect and could be improved, I’m not sure what their rules are because I judge by European standards which might differ there, and I was surprised that the room wasn’t prepared while you were staying. The breakfast was great. Apart from the cleaning issue, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you.

The building is a splendid historic palace that’s been well restored, right on the main street of Kars. The cleanliness is good, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is very large with a spacious shower that works perfectly. Our rooms were on the upper floor with only a small window on the sloping roof that stays either fully open or fully closed. Even though we left the window open, the rooms were very hot even though the outside temperature was not very high.
