We enjoyed the farm vibe – everything was very basic yet warm and welcoming. The bed was very comfy and the view was nice, even though the weather was terrible, with nonstop rain for two days. The bathroom was tiny and the kitchen too dark. It’s also very far from Andalasnes – almost 40 minutes away by car.

The accommodation was unique, with clever use of the small space. The beds were comfortable and the owners were friendly. The bathroom was a little small, but that didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

What a beautiful place! The location was superb with a view of the mountains and the fjord. A charming characterful house that isn’t luxurious but has all the comforts. It really fits the area.

Cozy and authentic farm stay in Mittet with exceptional fjord and mountain views – a piece of Norwegian heaven, complete with cute farm animals. The hosts were great. The upstairs bedrooms were decorated in a cute shabby chic farm style, which I loved, but that charm didn’t extend to the bathroom and kitchen, which feel quite outdated. The lounge would benefit from new, comfy sofas that match the building’s age and style. We’re always grateful when places allow pets, but a 450 NOK pet fee for a single night felt very high – one of the highest we paid in our three weeks in Norway – especially since we only used a quarter of the bedrooms.
