“relaxing time at the beach”

It was right next to the beach at the 31st entrance, the balcony was a bonus with a side view of the ocean, parking was convenient, and the location was great with many restaurants within walking distance. However, the ice machine was broken and had an unpleasant odor when you passed by. The rooms had a few flies around the balcony door, and the bathroom needed to be sprayed and wiped down. The pool area could use some maintenance—the trees are overgrown and block the path to the pool and your chair.

“Definitely not worth what was charged, pictures were better then the rooms actually were. Won’t be back”

The exterior looked run‑down and dirty, and the bathroom still had plaster spots on the walls.

The location was acceptable, but the office wasn’t actually on site. I needed bug spray, the patio floor needs repairs, and the TV doesn’t include popular channels like ESPN.

“Decent for one night only”

The location was good, the pricing was reasonable, and it was great for a one‑night stay because there was a fridge. But it really needs repairs and updates; the balcony door barely opened, and another room’s balcony door fell off completely. It was cheap and not very clean or well kept—adequate for a single night but not for multiple nights.
