The beds were super comfy, the front‑desk team was friendly and helpful, and the server at dinner was great—friendly and professional. The hallway upstairs was freezing, but at least it wasn’t hot.

I missed the shuttle by a few seconds—running after it—and needed extra time because I was unfamiliar with the area; I caught the next one but barely made it to the gate as it was boarding.

The location was great, the airport shuttle was convenient, and the customer service was excellent; the rooms were clean and the food was great. The bar attendant was very friendly overall, making it a great place to stay. I have no negative complaints; it’s an awesome place to stay quietly. The lobby is so beautiful that it adds ambience for anyone looking for a decent place to travel.
