The location was great, the entrance inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Yet, even after an upgrade my room was cramped and hard to move around for a petite woman, the AC at full blast never felt cool, and the shower leaked.

Friendly staff, stylish rooms, very clean, great location, but the breakfast area was dark, gloomy, cramped, and uncomfortable.

Very good location, nice soundproof room, nothing to complain about.

We were made to feel extremely welcomed; the rooms were spacious, the staff very attentive, great location, we loved being in the Marais, and I couldn’t fault anything.
