The hotel is close to the Terrenkuru and a contemporary art museum, with plenty of places to walk around. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, a kettle is in the room, tea bags are regularly restocked, and the lobby coffee is tasty. The view from the window is decent unless you look down at the building in front of the hotel. The property needs repairs both inside and out; the room we stayed in was a clear candidate for renovation. The windows are aluminum frames that haven’t been replaced since the building was constructed, and the two balcony doors—adjacent to neighboring rooms—have been sealed with winter tape. On Kocktob, it was better to observe from a distance. The floor covering is heavily worn, so I didn’t take photos of the room.
