I booked a room for the night upon arrival, but the room was handed to another guest, leaving me with an unsatisfactory room and stranded. I requested a refund, which I received the next day.
For the price we paid, I expected better. We waited forever to check in, and the receptionist had to make calls to confirm our booking.
The location is good. The shower opens and spills water onto the floor; an electric cable is loose. The room is ice‑cold, and there's no mat to step on after bathing. It's very small, dark, and the mirror for shaving is smelly and looks like it needs paint.
