The staff were absolutely amazing! The rooftop terrace was perfect, and walking to restaurants and shops was great. Breakfast on the rooftop each morning was included and excellent, and the elevators were a plus. The room was small, there was no ice machine, and the key card was used for entry, the elevator, and electricity, so when you leave you have to take it with you. The A/C shuts off; when you come back it has to start all over to cool things down, and it was really hot when we returned.

The establishment is very well located, central, perfect for exploring the city, and well connected with public transport. The staff are very friendly and help with whatever you need. If you leave before breakfast time they prepare a bag with some pastries.

The staff gave excellent service, which is paramount for me, and they made it one of my best holidays. The location gave easy access to the centre of the vibrant city. Speaking of the city, the accommodation offered stunning views of the famous volcano from its fabulous rooftop terrace. The lighting switches in my room were rather complicated, and sometimes the water was not hot enough.
