The place felt very homely and was perfect for us exhausted from traveling; the location was great because it was near the beach! The hot water didn’t work, so our showers were cold and the nearest laundromats were a 30‑minute walk away. Other than that it was a great stay.

The spot is strategically positioned for the beach and the city center, and the room was clean. Our room wasn’t very large. Also, during booking it wasn’t clear that there was no elevator (in our case the room was on the third floor without an elevator, so maybe the description should be clearer). Checking in at 15:00 is a bit late because it wastes half a day of vacation when you arrive in Split in the morning. The solution of leaving luggage unattended in a hotel space to go around town or to the beach isn’t adequate; it would suffice to just set up a paid luggage storage with lockers in the building. Overall, the property and hospitality are very good! Thanks.
