Check‑in was easy, but the staff didn’t explain which button to press after the PIN. They were there faster than I could have imagined. The room was great with a superb view. The location is genius— the whole old town is reachable in a few minutes. Excellent restaurants, trattorias, and bars right nearby. For us, it was a lovely experience. Thank you ❤️

The room sits right in the heart of the old town, and the check‑in details were clear and concise. The staff were very efficient.

The location was great, but the hot water was unreliable.

The spot and the bed were comfortable, yet the entrance had a steep, uneven staircase, the bathroom was old and smelled bad, and for two days there was no hot water and the shower only had a pipe, no phone.

The historic centre was nice, but no one was there to greet us on arrival; everything was handled through messages, which felt a bit shabby. The shower tray was dirty and unused.
