The price was reasonable and the location was excellent; the building is fairly new, clean, and the elevator is larger than what you usually find in Ho Chi Minh. With three of us, one big suitcase and one small one fit perfectly. The only hiccup was that the fan’s plug didn’t sit snugly in the socket, which was a bit annoying, and there’s no air‑conditioning—as is typical for places like this—but the weather was nice enough that it didn’t matter.

Proximity to town centre made the hotel ideal for anyone with no transport, close to the market and easy to jump in transport The lady who ran it was lovely. It's a simple but comfortable room, it's not expensive and you don't get much beyond the basics, for a few nights in dalat heading out doing things it was fine!! No breakfast included but there's a winmart 300m away, a coffee shop next door and an amazing bakery across the street. It's not a problem for us but the room had no balcony and no bath as described. As far as I can see there are no balconies so if you see it in booking. Com, it's an error. The room maybe soundproofed but there is still quite a bit of road noise, being ear plugs or headphones if you're a light sleeper.
